What the Warranty Covers

What the warranty does not cover

Mechanical damage (e.g. punctures, tears, abrasions).
Incorrect or inappropriate use (e.g. overloading, overheating, improper storage).
Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Damage caused by animals, chemicals, or weather conditions.
Commercial use (e.g. rental companies, rafting operators).

The full list of exclusions includes:

Damage caused by negligence, insufficient maintenance, accidents, abnormal or improper use, incorrect assembly, or repair attempts, as well as damage during transport or storage.
Unauthorised modifications (we do not recommend DIY modifications that conflict with our official YouTube guidelines).
Scratches, tears, punctures.
Normal wear and tear.
Dragging the boat over rough surfaces.
Exceeding maximum weight or user capacity.
Extreme UV damage due to insufficient protection (material degradation or discolouration).
Damage due to over-inflation or exposure to heat (e.g. expansion in direct sunlight).
Vandalism or intentional damage.
Damage caused by force majeure or adverse weather conditions.
Improper cleaning or insufficient maintenance.
Damage caused by animals or aquatic/marine plants.
Damage caused by chemical or poor-quality water.

GUMOTEX is not responsible for providing a warranty in countries other than where the product was originally delivered.
